Product Description
The IS200EISBH1AAB is an Exciter ISBus board used in the Mark VI Speedtronic system, a gas/steam turbine management series created by General Electric. The Mark VI includes Ethernet capabilities and can be built as either a Simplex or TMR (triple modular redundant) system.
The IS200EISBH1AAB is typically used within EX2100 excitation control, which uses 21- or 13-slot VME card racks control modules. The control module is designed to communicate with the Mark VI PC-based HMI, which allows the user to access data (analog and digital) in a single location, including high-resolution time tags for alarms/events.
The IS200EISBH1AAB is used to manage all fiber-optic communications within the cabinet. It uses fiber-optic feedback signals (inputs and outputs) that are transmitted through its backplane connector. The board also accepts voltage and current signals via six fiber-optic connectors that are on its front faceplate. These connectors are labeled “Gen Field,” “Exciter,” (both for voltage and current,) and “Gnd Detect.”
