The IC693MDL240 AC Input Module requires an AC power source. The power to the field devices must be separately supplied by the users. It shows logic 1 in the input status table if the current is into the input point. The isolation between the field side and the logic side of the IC693MDL240 module is 1500 Volts RMS. It can be installed in any I/O slot of a baseplate in a Series 90-30 programmable logic controller. A DC power source cannot be used with this module.
