The GE DS200LDCCH1AGA Drive Control and LAN Communications Board is a replacement drive board compatible with GE brand DIRECTO-MATIC 2000 drives and exciters. It provides an array of drive and I/O control functions for the drive.
The board houses four microprocessors: a LAN control processor (LCP), a drive control processor (DCP), a motor control processor (MCP), and a co-motor processor (CMP). It also has an alphanumeric keyboard used for system programming and diagnostic purposes.
The DS200LDCCH1AGA board is shipped in a protective, static-resistant plastic bag. Before installing the board, please review the installation parameters provided by the manufacturer. The series manual and the board's corresponding datasheet contain a complete wiring guide.
The DS200LDCCH1AGA model has field adjustable parameters, one of which is EEPROM U9. EEPROM U9 can be programmed to download the drive configuration values needed to properly operate the LDCC unit. The EEPROM U9 firmware can be transferred directly to the LDCC unit by moving the U9 from another drive control board.
