Product Description
The DS200GDPAG1ALF is a high-frequency power supply replacement board for GE Speedtronic Mark V industrial control systems. It draws input power from both AC and DC sources and has a 27 kHz inverter, a buck driver, and an input rectifier. It is protected by several protective circuits and operates at an input range of 80-132 VAC or 105-140 VDC. It includes multiple TP test points, two stab-on connectors, and four GXPL connectors. It can mount onto a drive mounting plate or the drive cabinet. Installation instructions are included within GE manuals.
The GE RST Overflow Board DS200TCQCG1BKG is a circuit board that is populated with jumpers, connectors, and heat sinks. The board is used to expand the processing capabilities of the GE Mark V DS200 drive.
The board has 3 40-pin connectors, 3 34-pin connectors, and 1 16-pin connector. The connectors are used to connect the board to other boards in the drive. The board also has 24 jumpers that are used to configure the board to meet the processing needs of the site.
The heat sinks on the board are used to dissipate heat. The heat sinks protrude from the board, so it is important to leave at least 3 inches of clearance between the board and other boards in the drive.
When the board is originally installed in the drive, the installer will move the jumpers to configure the board. The jumper IDs are prefixed with BJ followed by a number. A description of each jumper is contained in the instructions supplied with the board from the factory.
